  Jade worked on my hair. We went over what would look good and went from there. As I'm used to the time it takes for hair to process, I never anticipated the 5 hours. Jade was hopping between me and another client who was getting a color correction. When I cashed out I couldn't believe the price I was charged, but he service had already been completed. Jade told me during the appointment I'd get a complimentary toner if I contacted her. I was excited, but I guess it wasn't a surprise when she didn't respond to my text message. I will not go back to this business, and I just wanted to state if you plan on going to Jade be prepared to be there a while.
