  Retro is a step above Planet and a step behind lifter gyms. This is a great gym for a quick pump, clean showers and a tasty smoothie. Retro has a good selection of plate loaded machines, 1 squat rack, 1 smith and 1 leg press machine a good amount of machines heavy dumbbells. Their functional training area however is top notch! sleds, ropes and open area are something that most gyms don't and can't offer to members. Customer service wise i have never had an issue what-so-ever.
