  I have been a long time customer but I will no longer be going back. In the past year they have gone downhill, staff turn overs and the new staff is not as trained. I have had some terrible manicures recently but yesterdays takes the cake. All I wanted was a simple gel polish removal. Now this took about an hour which is crazy within itself but this was because they were having a hard time removing the polish. Mind you it had been on for over two weeks and was chipping so it was easily time for it to be removed. In her inability to remove it she buffed and filed my nails so hard they are all scratched up and it is very noticeable. When finished she put clear nail polish on so I went to a dryer and after 2 minutes of sitting there I was asked to leave---there were only 2 other customers in the place and no one else at the dryers. Also it was 2 hours before they were closing.
  
  After a year of going downhill I have had my fill and will never be going back. Also I now will have to wait for my nails to grow out for them to be repaired from how much they scratched them up.
