  I went to JC Penney salon to get my hair colored. I wanted to get rid of my blond highlights and go back to being brown. My hair is now black, very black. Don't get me wrong, the lady who did it was very nice and friendly. Its hard to find a stylist that you can trust with your hair and I know I will not be going back there unfortunately.
